With temperatures reaching record highs in Italy, I find myself craving fresh foods and nothing is better than a salad made using all the seasonal vegetables I can find in the garden!

Here is your inspiration for a fresh salad to enjoy with a fragrant Fresella for a quick and tasty lunch!

We wash and cut the cherry tomatoes and cucumbers and add the beans. Season with salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, oregano and chopped onion. Wash, cut and season the lettuce and add it to the rest of the ingredients with a sprinkle of Balsamic Vinegar.

Finally, lightly soften the Freselle with a little water, chop them up and add them to the salad. 

The summer salad is ready to be enjoyed!
