The Terms and Conditions below regulate all purchases of the products displayed on the website www.bellaitaliafoodstore.com. Please use our website only if you agree with them.
The terms “bellaitalia food store” or “we” or “us” refers to the owner of the website which registered office is in Cercemaggiore (Campobasso) Via Trieste, 18 – REA Company Register of Campobasso n. CB 108011.
The term “you” or “customer” refers to the user or viewer of our website, both trade and ultimate customer.
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, the updated version will be available on the website.
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Our website may also include links to other websites, we have not responsibility for the content of the linked websites.
All disputes regarding the use of this website is subject to the laws that are in force in Italy.
Orders may be placed:
- registering on the website
- selecting the products you wish to purchase that will be automatically be placed in your cart
- going to the checkout and selecting the method of payment.
As soon as you have completed your payment you will receive a confirmation email and at the same time the order will be sent to BellaItalia Food Store.
The Order will be filed by the Company within the website’s database for the time necessary for it to be handled. The Customer may access the Order in the Website section "Order History".
BellaItalia Food Store uses safe processes of payment:
- Amazon Pay
- Wire Transfer
BellaItalia doesn’t keep, process or retains payment and/or any financial information.
Our prices are in Euro, inclusive of VAT in different percentage depending on product type, but they don’t include delivery charges. For information on shipping costs please refer to our delivery policy section.
For shipment outside the EU, the customer has to pay VAT and custom duties according to his own country if requested
DELIVERY POLICY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery will be made to the address provided when you login on the website or Paypal account. You will provide different addresses if you want your orders will be delivered elsewhere.
BellaItalia Food Store does not take responsibility for undelivered or lost packages due to inaccurate or wrong addresses.
Product will be delivered in Europe within approximately 4-5 working days from accepting the order by BellaItalia Food Store and anyway no later than 10 working days.
It is agreed that the delivery of Products related to Orders accepted by the Company on Thursdays, after 12.00, and on Fridays, will be taken over by the courier on the following Monday in order to preserve the integrity of the Products and to avoid their storage in the courier’s deposits.
If no one is at home at courier’s first visit, the courier will make a second and third visit in the following days before returning the Products to the Company, if the Customer is still absent. Any money refund is due to the customer.
Given the perishable nature of some products purchased on BellaItalia food store, it is very important that the address given by the customer (home or office) is a place where someone will receive the package.
It could be useful to give a cell number to be called by the courier and arrange the delivery.
The Customer can check, at any time, the delivery time of their order and its shipment status by visiting the BellaItalia Food Store website and entering the tracking number disclosed by the Company in the confirmation mail.
The cost of delivery of the Products shall be paid by the Customer, unless expressly indicated on the Website in case of promotional sales. It will be indicated at the check out during the order process.
The customer, after he has checked the products, has the right to request the replacement of Products, in the event of damage during transportation. This right must be exercised by the customer no later than five (5) working days from receiving the Product, by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
The Company will send replacement products without any additional shipping costs.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Only the ultimate customers are entitled to terminate the Sale Contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 7 working days from receiving the products.
Only whole products are returnable, cured meats, cheeses and other perishable items are not returnable.
The return costs for the returnable products are to be paid by the Customer. For more information on returns, the Company invites the customer to contact the same e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only if the withdrawal is accomplished by the Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions described above, the Company will refund, through a wiretranfer or Paypal, any amount paid by the Customer as soon as possible, within maximum thirty (30) days from the date on which the Company became aware of Customer’s exercising the right of withdrawal. Customers are aware that they cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the main condition, integrity of the Product, package or its contents are missing or damaged, or essential Product elements are missing.
