Salumi and Cheeses


Italy has a great tradition in the production of cured meats and cheese because of their important role in our daily diet. Both salumi and cheeses are eaten as appetizers, as snack and in most cases they become also a main course. Among such a lot typologies of salumi we provide some of the homemade most famous salumi of Molise region: sweet sausage, hot sausage, seasoned bacon and soppressata, all produced in small quantities, according to the local tradition and using meat of naturally raised pigs.

Here in Italy, infact, we still have the opportunity to found artisan producers which work respecting the raw materials and still use passion in mastering the craft from generation to generation. We also selected an higher-up Parmigiano Reggiano, the king of the Italian cheeses, a natural completion of the Italian cuisine.
