The Estate “Del Cigno” is visited by 22 thousand people every year. Here visitors can explore the vineyards and the Ancient “Acetaia”: the heart of the brand and the place where the Malpighi family produces its precious vinegar still using the classic wooden barrels, one of which dates back to Napoleon Bonaparte’s times!
