Bronze Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP: density 1.22, made with 40% vinegar and 60% cooked must; perfect on vegetables, rice, meat, fruit and ice cream. A versatile product with a sweet and round taste.
Gold Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP: high density, produced with 20% vinegar and 80% cooked must; to be used on Parmigiano Reggiano, meat, rice, sushi, sashimi, strawberries. Full sweet and sour taste with hints of sweet fruit, intense and enveloping aroma.
