For all the Pistachio lovers Borsari Master Pastry Chefs created this unique Colomba: the classic slow leavened dough filled with Pistachio Cream and topped with chocolate icing and chopped pistachios. A great revisiting of the traditional recipe! It comes in the unmistakable Borsari Rustic paper wrapping and it's tied with a wool thread.
