Laccetti are thin Taralli with an elongated and curved shape. Flavored with fennel seeds, the double cooking process, faithful to the classic recipe, makes them incredibly crunchy and tasty. Prepared in Cianciullo’s artisanal workshop, where genuine raw materials are used and careful and imaginative processes are adopted, Laccetti are appetizing in taste and form. They can be stored for a long time in the pantry and are an ideal salty snack to eat between meals or to accompany a glass of good wine at aperitif time.
