La Cerignola di una Volta

Puglia in a jar: the best Apulian vegetables shipped to your door!

Cerignola is a beautiful city near Foggia, its name is believed to be derived from Cerere - the Roman goddess Ceres - goddess of the harvest and agriculture, presiding over grains and the fertility of the earth.

Puglia, in the south of Italy, is a region blessed with an exceptional climate, making it a perfect ecosystem to grow all kinds of vegetables. So it is not a coincidence if Domenico founded La Cerignola di una Volta here.

La Cerignola di una Volta specializes in preserving local products of this fertile land such as artichokes, olives, peppers, eggplants and more, using only the best raw materials. The typical Apulian products created with passion by Domenico follow traditional recipes to carefully protect the taste of the Italian summer in a jar!

Our mission when we founded BellaItalia was to bring the best Italian food to your door anywhere in the world, and with La Cerignola di una Volta it was an instant match! Their products are as authentic as can be and their rigorous production process always ensures higher quality standards. Using vinegar and sunflower seeds oil these delicious vegetables are stored exclusively in beautiful glass jars (that you can recycle or use again in your pantry).

When we open a jar of their Broccoli Rabe or Artichokes with Stems, when we fix a quick aperitif whit some Taralli and their Seasoned Asparagus or the delicious Round Baby Peppers stuffed with Tuna we are transported to Puglia and its beautiful countryside. And this is exactly the experience we wish to bring to you too!
