Alce Nero organic tomato pulp is prepared without additives or added salt. The tomatoes, harvested in July, August and September, are processed to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. After washing and selection, the tomatoes are peeled, cut into cubes and taken to the next stage: after the addition of tomato paste, the product is brought to high temperatures, bottled and pasteurized to ensure its stability over time.
