Spighe Molisane - Organic Pappardelle (250 gr)

Pappardelle are a long type of pasta and a larger variation of the classic Tagliatelle. They are a typical dish from Tuscany, usually accompanied by strong seasonings, like mushrooms and game.

In their producion, Spighe Molisane carefully selects the best Italian wheat and the water from the Matese river, known for its right hardness to ensure a very scrupolous quality control. The pappardelle are also bronze drawn, making the pasta porous and tasty.

They are commonly accompanied by tomato and basil sauce, but, because of their versatile nature, they fit any kind of seasoning.
