Spighe Molisane - Organic Lemon Fettuccine (250 gr)

Fettuccine are a long type of pasta and a slightly narrower variation of the classic Tagliatelle. In this particular variation, the traditional recipe has been modified by adding lemon for a unique flavor.

In their producion, Spighe Molisane carefully selects the best Italian wheat and the water from the Matese river, known for its right hardness to ensure a very scrupolous quality control. The fettuccine are also bronze drawn, making the pasta porous and tasty.

They are commonly accompanied by tomato and basil sauce, but, because of their versatile nature, they fit any kind of seasoning.
