Pastificio Liguori Sardinian Gnocchi, also called "malloreddus", are a typical pasta from Sardinia. Their structure resembles a shell and, thanks to the external streaks and the internal cavity, they perfectly collect all the sauce with which they are usually seasoned. They go especially well with meat sauce.
Liguori was the first pasta manufacturer to obtain the I.G.P. Located in the Gragnano area, it unique for its climatic conditions, and for the processing method inspired by ancient tradition, guaranteeing a superior quality with an inimitable taste.
