Paneangeli Lemon flavoring is a liquid lemon aroma preserved in a resealable vial. It is used to enrich all sweet preparations, be they cooked, fried or cold. Just pour the aroma directly into the dough or cream to enrich the preparations with a unique aroma, and it will not lose intensity during cooking. A vial of Lemon Aroma is suitable for flavoring about half a liter of cream or a cake of 500-600g.
