The salted “Tozzetti” with black olives are made with the same dough as Cianciullo’s iconic Taralli but have an elongated shape, similar to small breadsticks. An artisanal product with a rustic and pleasantly bitter taste (typical of black olives), Tozzetti are born from a dough made with extra virgin olive oil and flours derived only from the best selection of wheat.
