Instructions for use. Heat up the oven at a temperature of 200 degree. Put the chicken in the bag and add the seasoning blend. Close the bag with the tie that you find in the packet not too close to the extremity and shake the bag to spread equally the seasoning on the meat. Put the bag in a pan in the lowest part of the oven in order to allow the bag to blow up itself without touching the metal parts of the oven. Cook for 60 minutes (whole chicken) or 50 minutes (chicken pieces) then take out the pan and let the bag stand for 1 minute. Cut the bag with scissors and pour the chops in a platter for serving.
