Balocco Gemmole are delicious biscuits made of wholemeal flour, high quality Italian fresh milk and cane sugar, with a mix of fine sprouted spelled cereals, wheat and buckwheat! They do not contain palm oil, preservatives, dyes, or hydrogenated fats.

Ingredients: whole wheat flour 66% - sunflower oil - sugar - cane sugar 8.3% - sprouted cereal flours 5% (spelled 2.5% - wheat 1.5% - buckwheat 1%) - fresh eggs - fresh pasteurized whole milk 1,5% - barley malt extract - raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate - sodium hydrogen carbonate) - salt - flavorings.
