Star Tigullio Walnut Sauce is a condiment based on pounded walnuts with olive oil, garlic and salt. It goes well as a condiment with many types of pasta, in particular with pansoti, trofie and corzetti. The walnut sauce is together with pesto, one of the main condiments of Ligurian cuisine and is mainly used in Genoa, in the province and in the entire Genoese area.
