Mezzi Paccheri are a shorter variation of “Paccheri”, a typical pasta from Campania, shaped as giant macaroni.
In their producion, Spighe Molisane carefully selects the best Italian wheat and the water from the Matese river, known for its right hardness to ensure a very scrupolous quality control. The Mezzi Paccheri are also bronze drawn, making the pasta porous and tasty.
They are best served stuffed and/or accompanied by ragu.
