Caserecce are a particular kind of macaroni originating from Sicily, made from twists of rolled up pasta.
In their producion, Spighe Molisane carefully selects the best Italian wheat and the water from the Matese river, known for its right hardness to ensure a very scrupolous quality control. The Caserecce are also bronze drawn, making the pasta porous and tasty.
