Orzoro is a traditional Italian hot drink, it's ideal for breakfast or just for a break. This drink is made with toasted and grounded barley and coffee (20%). This is the soluble version of the classic orzoro, very easy and quick to prepare: put 2-3 tea spoon in a cup and add some hot water or milk.
