Di Iorio’s nougat is made as it used to be. With wisdom and patience, following the traditional recipe. Cooking is slow, unlike industrial nougats, the dough is mixed slowly in the copper pans and then left to cool naturally, at room temperature, in wooden molds, then cut and packaged by hand: ready to be enjoyed.
