The Delicato blend is made up of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta. This blend guarantees an extraction characterized by a strong taste and a sweet and slightly fruity aroma. Usable for traditional mocha, espresso coffee machine and bar machine. A more or less thin grinder is recommended depending on the coffee machine used.
COFFEE BEANS - THE ORIGIN
Coffea Arabica is a plant native to Ethiopia in southeastern Sudan and northern Kenya and later spread to Yemen, a place where, however, there were the first historical traces of the consumption of the drink. To date it thrives in Central and South America, but also on the eastern coasts of Africa. The arabica bean is rather flat and elongated. The Coffea Canephora, better known by the name of Robusta is a very adaptable plant since it also grows at altitudes below 700 meters and therefore cheaper. Its cultivation began only in the 19th century. Its rounded beans are smaller, but richer in caffeine than the previous species and, once roasted, they are very fragrant. The bean also has a clean cut.
