Alce Nero organic pulp with basil is prepared without additives. The tomatoes, harvested in July, August and September, are processed to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. After undergoing washing and sorting, the tomatoes are peeled, cut into cubes and taken to the next step. Following the addition of basil and tomato concentrate, the product is then brought to high temperatures, bottled and pasteurized to ensure stability over time.
